Shipping Policy

Every order is completed within 1-2 days after you receive an email confirming it (excluding weekends and holidays). Another notification will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.

Potential delays brought on by a high volume of orders or issues with the postal service that is beyond our control are not the responsibility of Modern Crown Moldings.

Domestic shipping 

For determining shipping costs: Your order’s shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Delivery times that are usual or average are listed below. However, please be aware that these are only estimates, and it may occasionally take longer or shorter to deliver your item.

  – Canada: 7-10 days;

  – USA: 9-12 days;

International Shipping

We ship internationally to:

Your order’s shipping costs will be calculated and shown at checkout.

Once a shipment arrives in your destination country, import duties and taxes, including VAT, may apply to your order. These fees are an obligation of the customer, and Modern Crown Mouldings is not responsible for any of them.

What is the status of my order?

You will receive an email from us letting you know when your items have shipped, along with a tracking number you can use to check on the delivery progress. Please give the tracking information 48 hours to become accessible. 

If you haven’t received your order after 20 days since getting a shipping confirmation email, please email us at with your name and order number, and we’ll happily check into it for you.

P.O. Boxes

UPS will accept only shipments to legitimate street addresses. Therefore, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Additionally, addresses from the Army Post Office (APO) and the Fleet Post Office (FPO) are not recognized.


If the product is unused and in its original condition, we allow returns up to 7 days after delivery. After that, we will reimburse the entire order amount. Please note, Modern Crown Moldings does not cover the return fee. 

If your order was delivered damaged in any way, Please inform us as soon as possible at Include your name, order number and a picture showing the item’s damaged condition.
